Ladies' Captain drives-in

The rain certainly didn’t faze our new Ladies Captain for 2024, Jude Elder, who had a great drive-in on Tuesday 9th April and was well supported by her Vice-Captain, Kath Jones, and by family, friends and club members.  She continues a long family tradition as both her parents were long-standing members of Oswestry GC and her mother, Barbara Elder, was also Ladies Captain in 1979.  

Jude gave a masterclass in driving a golf ball to the intrepid ladies waiting down the fairway (despite the odd exploding ball) and wishes to thank everyone for their support, good wishes, cards, etc. which contributed to a truly memorable day.
